Access is granted with a keyless code, sent to you via text or email. We will send you this code upon your arrival or, in the days leading up to check-in. Don't worry - we always have staff available to assist with this process if needed!

Yes, we have onsite parking available. However, due to the size of the parking lot, there is only one spot available for each room, and we cannot accommodate trailers or vehicles over 8ft long. It is the guests responsibility to arrange parking for additional and oversized vehicles.
Absolutely. We have unlimited, highspeed Wi-Fi available for guests during their stay at Okanagan Lakefront Resort.
Okanagan Lakefront Resort is a strictly non-smoking or vaping property. Smoking or vaping onsite will result in a $1000 fine in addition to full reservation payment, and immediate removal from the property.
Guests who cancel 7 days or more before check-in are charged 50% of the booking amount.
Guests who cancel less 6 days or less before check-in (including no-shows) are charged 100% of the booking amount.
Okanagan Lakefront Resort has select rooms available for pets.
Please note: there is a $250 deposit held during your stay in case of pet accidents and damage returned upon check-out. Accidents happen!
A maximum of one furry friend, up to 30lbs is allowed per room.
Leaving pets alone in the room, car or onsite is not permitted, and will result in immediate termination of the booking. Please come speak with the front desk if you or your furry friend need anything! We are here to help.
